Železná Ruda
The mountain municipality of Železná Ruda is situated at the altitude of 754 m, in the valley of the little river Řezná. Mountain peaks surround the whole municipality. The location of Železná Ruda is ideal both for winter and summer tourism, as well as just for taking some time to relax.
HABR Guest house
We have prepared a newly reconstructed Guest house Habr in Železná Ruda – in the Šumava mountains.
The guest house is located in the peaceful municipality part, approx. 6 min on foot from the municipality centre. The nearest shop is 3 min on foot from here.
Habr guest house is ideal place, from where to start up both your summer hiking and bike tourism and winter sports – skiing, snowboarding, bobsleighing etc.
The nearest possible place for skiing is on the slope called „Nad nádražím“ approx. 10 min on foot, skiing on the Špičák’s slope (10 min by train), on the Javor’s slope (7 km by car), on the Belveder’s slope or on the Samoty’s slope (in the municipality).
Spending here your summer holiday time you can hike or bike to the Černé and Čertovo lakes, on the Šumava’s spine paths.
The guest house has a maximum sleeping capacity of 23 guests, in four rooms and four apartments.
